Return Process

  Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original condition, ensuring the Return Authorization number is clearly marked on the outside of the shipping box.

  Ship the Item

  Send your package using a trackable shipping method to our distribution center address provided during the authorization process.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement item within 5-7 business days.
